GTA EXPERTISE

The GTA team consists of experts and professionals who bring years of experience in communication, mobilization, and management in various development sectors. GTA has a solid history of qualitative and quantitative research, household and baseline surveys, project monitoring and evaluation among other technical areas. With a highly motivated and experienced team of researchers and experts, GTA offers a competitive edge in effectively supporting organizations and their development projects in Nepal through:

  • Qualitative and Quantitative Research in various sectors – gender and social inclusion, poverty alleviation, behavioral interventions, public health, reproductive health (HIV/AIDS, STD, STI), governance and social marketing.

GTA uses a variety of approaches including participatory training for capacity building, organization of workshops and special technical assistance based on the needs of the client organizations and target groups. Technical assistance is provided through site visits, monitoring and evaluation, training and individual consultancy services, and on-site coaching. GTA adopts participatory techniques to strengthen the management capabilities of its clients leading to more sustainable outcomes. We acknowledge the necessity of equity and have taken steps forward in having a gender-balanced workplace in all eight core areas that are coordinated and supervised by the relevant committees.
