The Pfizer Foundation announced the Global Health Innovation Grants (GHIG) to 12 low- and middle-income countries to reduce health disparities and strengthen the health system in the underserved communities. They had announced 20 grants this year to help governmental organizations (NGOs), non-profits and social enterprises to address critical health challenges regarding infectious diseases.
