Physician Leadership Training Institute
15 Feb 2021  -  28 Feb 2021

With technical support from Henry Ford International Academy for Physician Leadership, Group for Technical Assistance and ANGHOS (Association of Non-Governmental Hospitals) are jointly organizing the Physician Leadership training. It will be conducted in collaboration with the Ministry of Health and Population.

The program provides intensive training in effective communications between physicians and patients, physician to physician, and critical discussions across the health care team. It helps physicians deliver critical and often difficult information in a way that emphasizes relationships and empathy. The program will be conducted in two batches in November 2020. In each batch, a total of 20 participants will be included. Continuous online coaching facilities will be provided to the participants after completion of the onsite training.
